By purchasing a subscription or one-time service, you agree to the following terms:

• All payments are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once editing or consultation has begun.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your billing cycle. Access to services will remain active until the end of your paid term.

• If payment fails or is not received within 3 days of the due date, services may be paused or terminated until payment is resolved.

• Any unused deliverables (e.g., unsubmitted footage or edits not requested) do not roll over to the following month unless agreed upon in writing.

• Your personal data (name, email, payment info, footage) is stored securely and is never shared, sold, or used outside of project-related communication and billing.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed edits or clips for promotional purposes only (e.g., portfolio, social media, marketing materials), unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
